Thank you for your interest in the 2019 Bobcaygeon Midnight Madness Event.

The BMM Committee is comprised of volunteers and local merchants that dedicate their time each year to plan and organize this historic event in Bobcaygeon for the community and tourists to enjoy. Thousands of people wander Main St, Bolton St and King Street between 7 and Midnight shopping, eating and partaking in the festivities.


The BMM is a non-profit event that is completely funded by Merchants and Vendors that participate in this Big Event.

The 2019 Merchant & Vendor Fee Structure is outlined below:

MERCHANTS

  • For each business on Main, Bolton and King Streets, there is a $100 participation fee per store front entrance.

  • Please note that any merchant not using their store front space will be notified that booth space will be rented by the committee.

VENDORS

  • Vendors are businesses that do not have a store front on Bolton and wish to have booth space there during the event.

  • There will be a $100 fee per 10 X 10 designated booth space on Bolton Street for vendors.

NOT FOR PROFIT GROUPS

  • To support the Bobcaygeon service and community groups, we are offering a limited number of spaces free of charge.   As spaces are limited, there will be a refundable $25 fee to hold the space.  This will be returned upon your participation in the event.

  • Participating community groups & charities will be provided with a 10×10 designated booth space on the event site

Please note: All Merchants and Vendors are to provide their own tents, tables, chairs etc.

DIGITAL MARKETING (Included with your Merchant & Vendor Fee)

Your Business Name, Logo, Website &/or Social Media links and will be placed on the BMM Website and the BMM Facebook page.  This will let guests know that you are participating in this event and draw traffic to your website and social media pages pre-event!
